My problem is I don’t flick when I kickflip instead my front foot slides completely but goes straight to the ground. The only way I can properly flick is leaning back and catching it with my front foot but if I give it a real attempt the board goes above my feet
Nice tip. The biggest thing that helped me land them was pushing up/jumping with more weight on my front foot. Then pop and flick just before you leave the board. This keeps your weight more over the board and stops it flicking out in front. Took me years to figure that out.

Dan mate, I challenge to kickflip like Mark Gonzales. He does the opposite of a boned kickflip, and brings hit front foot back after he flicks it. I actually reckon they look sick.

I think its kinda hard to land nicely when I do a kickflip. Either I land with my feet close together or I turn and land 90... Any tips?

just keep doing kick flips and they will get cleaner and cleaner also try popping harder and jumping higher so you can get a nice catch
shoulders just move it square to the board, u should get you're ollies down first

Is it possible to do kickflip on a board that has been soaked? Or is it the leg muscles that need to be worked on?
New board will be a huge help but also improve your leg muscles so it won't be hard for you to do kickflips
