After descaling, the gray part came off (of the thing that warms the water, now it’s silver) while I was cleaning with the damp cloth… can I still use it? Or is it dangerous? 😢

Hello the “OK” button doesn’t turn on anymore it’s been a moth that I have it .. what can I do?
I have the duo one and I have done this, but mine keeps getting like white spots on the hot plate. Looks like it has peeled. I already received a replacement but the replacement has developed the same spots. It's odd, I don't think it's how I do it or my water, I also have a large baby bottle sanitizer+dryer and that things hot plate has never peeled in 3+ Yeats of heavy use. This I have used sporadically over the last 9 months. Any idea why the hot plate would get the white spots/peel

According to your information, it is indeed scale stains on the hot plate of the appliance. The scale deposit depends on the quality of the water. Some bottled water can cause this because it contains minerals.
In this case, we advise you to descale twice a week, leaving pure white vinegar on the hotplate overnight.

How often to do this pls
