15:10 The reason that the lights flicker is because they are imitating strobe lights which are a halogen strobe bulb. When a camera films them the shutter cannot capture all the strobes. So it has the random flicker effect
That was my first thought too. Even when they were brand new those strobe style lights had that effect to them - as you say, usually just to cameras, although they did often become flickery with age.

I'm usually so worn out from working and stuff I'm sleeping by 730 every night.. that concrete and masonry work is crazy.. jackhammering concrete, carrying it to the dump truck or dumpster, and than digging average of 8-10 inches and sometimes up to 20-24 inches and that's just getting the floor ready to be cemented.. this past entire week me and 1 other person have been digging nothing but 5ft deep for Egresses and that's more than one at a time.. just Thursday and Friday I've dug 30ft all together did 3 Egresses Thursday and another 3 Friday and that's not including digging and putting the dirt in buckets, climbing out of the hole, emptying out the buckets into the dumpster and than putting the buckets back and climbing back into the egress and continue digging and repeating the process.. it's insane.. it's hard and back breaking work but I'm making very very very nice money and that's the only thing that keeps me going and that's not including OT that we usually do atleast 2-3xs a week so after all of that I'm like dead and soon as I get home, jump in the shower and eat dinner I'm out like a light but I'm definitely gonna try to get to one of your streams soon but I appreciate you for giving me as always awesome videos to watch! I love the OCRP videos from your streams, I love the episodes from your streams that you put over on the regular channel and than giving me FivePD, ATS & Farming Sim to enjoy I appreciate it alot brother, thank you!
Also, can you thank SoCal Thero for making these insane vehicles? Dude has some serious serious serious skills with it.. you got an amazing team working for OCRP to make sure you have new vehicles and helicopters and everything else to make the county and city look absolutely amazing! I love OCRP and would love to join the amazing community but sadly I don't have a PC because even though I'm making good money I can't get a PC because of rent, cell phone bill, utility bills, transportation for the week, groceries and all the other stuff that comes along with being an adult lol.. but hopefully I have some good karma coming my way eventually.. I would appreciate it so much and than I could possibly join OCRP next time they have openings

OCRP doesn't really have strong fire department division in fact most roleplay communities don't. Not to say that OCRP is not a good community because it. It just doesn't have strong roleplay when it comes to fire & rescue. Now if fire is your thing I recommend SA'F they have a very strong fire & rescue and more then just the standard ambulance & engine. I'm surprise to OCRP with a ladder.

With the speed radar system, you said you must put the radar marker and follow with the x on screen to determine the speed of vehicle.. what if you set the radar marker, the vehicle drive through it then you lock on the vehicle to keep monitoring the speed (45:40)
jeff i was wondering if you could make some florida related ymaps and interiors for different police hospitals and so forth for both fivem and singleplayer. i think it would be nice to see some nice stuff like that available

we found out later you can set a marker while locked with a vehicle, makes it much easier
