That drone shot was everything, I literally gasped so loud I disturbed my colleague. Honestly been a while since I felt inspired by a wedding video. This was the wake up call I needed. Also that side by side shot of Jaclyn and her mom was spiritual. I felt it. Bravo my man 👏

This is way too good. I love how speeches were stitched together to make up the whole story and all the shots were cinematiclly perfect. One last interesting thing I realised, correct me if I am wrong but I saw most shots were handheld but it was perfect. Job well done!!!!

Thanks man! All audio was with the Tascam DR 10L. A little bit of echo during the ceremony but nothing good old Goyo couldn't tackle. The bride flipped out when she saw that moment haha it was so special!

Hey Jared when you shoot in slog 3 do you convert your slog3 footage to rec 709 or davinci wide gamut?
I convert using a conversion lut and then apply my finishing lut

good video! but those wedding /corporate songs are so boring and non-unique...
Thanks! Everyone style is different. I try to find music that is reflective on my couples personality and what will serve the story best.
the score in this film is a lot better than leaving the music up to the couple. what happens if they pick some Pit Bull song or god forbid another Ed Sheeran. It destroys the feel of the entire video and makes it generic. better to pick a track that reflects the mood of the day even if it’s ambient music or “corporate” royalty free music.
@@christophergramuglia4680 that's true . But... if your clients are fans of Pit Bull and their wedding was full of energy and fun , so I dont see any chances not to use it.
You do for them for their kids in future , not for your social network or ambitions
Im on my 3rd song in this wedding video that I’m editing now. The music made me change the edit then the edit made me change the music. It’s a vicious cycle.
