I have had a number of women do some pretty special things for me ( at least I thought they were special) And others say very special things....the one thing I have found is that is disappointing is to know the promises they made....and the promises they broke...it happens more then it should The song sung by Judy collins "both sides now" pretty much sums it up.

@@Soulbooklet she was completely obsessed with me, she treated me like a celebrity, but unfortunately she blocked me and i have been blocked for several months now. i never thought she’d be able to go this long without me. she unfortunately has epilepsy, and i didn’t mind taking care of her because she was a real one, she even stuck with me when i was struggling. i did so much for her, but unfortunately i emotionally neglected her too much and we had disagreements over our personal families. i have faith she will be back i’m pretty certain she’s been single this whole time, her condition doesn’t allow her to be out and about.
in the meantime i lost 40 lbs and gained my muscle back and reflected on my behavior. hopefully she changes her mind especially since the holidays are approaching. felt good to let this out.

@@Soulbookleteven though i should have used no contact, i had flowers sent with a note a month or so ago, she didn’t respond. i’m just betting on myself at this point, i know i checked way too many boxes for her and gladly took care of her especially with her life threatening medical condition, it required a lot more effort. a lot of guys out here are lazy and i know they wouldn’t be the complete package that i was to her at least. thanks for your time, we’ll see if time truly heals all…

My wife of 12 years keeps complaining that “we aren’t inlove anymore”
She said that the same day that I woke up before her and made her coffee to wake up to, I don’t work on weekends. I also came and met her at work for lunch that day and bought her a snack on the way home for when she gets off.
What do I get after all of that…. “You don’t like me”

She has PMS a week before she starts, the week during her cycle and also has pms a week after her period stops.
So I get 1 week a month of wholesome wife. That’s about 3 months per year of non-pmsing wife.
We also have 4 kids

We only live once ! So learn to communicate more, be clear , and make sure to get what you put out, otherwise it's a 1 sided relationship , and that doesn't work for ever ,And if the feeling is lost from the other person , then make sure to be honest.
Also women like to hear nice words . "I love you , you look beautiful , can't wait to see you ...."

So it sounds like the things that you did for her were “acts of service.” Maybe that’s not her love language? Ask her! Touch, words of affirmation, gifts or quality time. When you ask her and you get the dead end “I don’t know” response, follow up with a “when do you feel the most loved by me?” Surely she can give you an example and then you can find out what type of love language that is.
12 years with kids? Keep fighting for your marriage. Also, buy the $10 book called “the love dare.”
It does sound like she's isn't happy with what's going on between you and her. You can either talk to her to improve the marriage or you can go your separate ways and divorce

Love has passed me by, there's no one for me, but I'm OK with that and still enjoying life! Life isn't perfectly like what a romantic movie might be, that's fine though. And, I'm just one of many that'll always be alone.
