Boy, that's a nice ring compressor. I don't like the tin ones either. I have an old MATCO one that works pretty good. My usual practice is after I finish honing a block I wash it with hot water and Tide laundry detergent. You're coming along nicely with this one.
Yeah I have a large solvent tank at work, just after they change the solvents I washed the block and its doesn't rust and its clean and dry! Thanks Pete
