to all that are reading this, don’t give up. don’t give up on yourself. you’ll get through whatever you are dealing with right now. you’re a beautiful human and soul and just know that you can always change things if they are not making you happy. things may seem chaotic in the world but we WILL get through this. just have faith and trust. Don’t stay with people who make you feel down. If you’re unsure about the people in your life, think about this... think about how you feel after you hang out with others. that’s when you know that someone is worth it or not. most importantly, love yourself. you may doubt that you are unable to love who you are but when it comes to healing and moving on, tell yourself that you accept all parts of yourself, the good and the bad. treat your body right. make sure to put healthy foods into your body. alcohol and any substances are not good for you. how you eat will send either negative or good energies to your aura and body. some people may not even be able to eat a lot in some areas of the continent but don’t take advantage of your life because there are a lot of people who wish they could have somewhere safe to sleep, more food to eat, a loving family. anyways, I’m sending light, love and positive energy to all that read this and scroll through the comments. I am an empath and have been for as long as I can remember. I had to listen to this today to heal my soul as it is christmas time and the first holiday without my dear beloved brother Gerry. We are a small family and I am grateful to have my son who loves me and is a fantastic young man. I am so blessed and grateful for everyone in my path and have cried a river and still do for all those suffering in this world. I was a nurse and that was the most wonderful and the right journey for me as nothing brings me more joy then to help someone else who is suffering, in pain and ill. I can not say how much this calming and soothing video has helped me release my pain and sadness and bring me to love freely and forgive and be most grateful for what I have in my life. I have read the comments and treasure each one. I send joy and love and everlasting peace to all. To everyone there is a time to cry and a time to let go. And the pain of losing Gerry is the earth shaking me to awaken me and showing me that only Love is real. LOVE everyone and every animal and all life. Nature is god's gift to us. I just listened to this and it calmed me down immediately. I can't sleep and eat right for days now, I'm nervous and anxious because I'm writing my bachelor thesis and want to finish it soon.. fears and worries overcame me so I cried a lot this night and felt so sick. You count, you matter (there are no coincidences). remember where you came from ! You’re more than just a selfie image in fact you’re a powerful Spiritual being and you come from realms of unimaginable power & light and you will return to those realms 😌. You come from the light, you’re walking towards the light, you are the light ! Now, if they ask you where did you come from ? Tell them "We came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own acorde and established itself and became manifest in their image". This is a game, a game you chose to play you just don’t remember. There’s no good or bad they’re just catalysts pushing you forward, expand (onward & upward) ! Don’t dwell in the past for the past is gone likewise the future never comes what truly matters is now and that’s all there constantly is ! with that said, light up the darkness ! and kick some butt ! Become the new You, but in order to do that you must first shed the old you and all those things that no longer serves you (thoughts,habits & those who keep you from becoming the better version of yourself) or simply put, rid yourself of anything that insults your soul ! And the light, when the light shines it shines bright and there will be those who will see your light and they will be jealous of it, do it anyways 🤩 ! One yoga class, our instructor took us into yoga nidra at the end, and being fully relaxed and having no thoughts going through my mind I saw a candle flame appear and then get blown out. Was such a peaceful experience. This video reminded me of that :D
