    The Alexander family were reliving their brother's death over and over again. Jodi could have shut her mouth and not told the family that he was conscious when she slit his throat. They did not need to know that and she knew how much that would hurt them so that was her last shot at that family ..Cause them as much grief as possible. I don't know how they could control themselves from attacking her when she said that. She is one evil woman.

    • @CryTears1
      @CryTears1 8 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      +Lorraine Walsh Well said! Is exactly WHY Jodi Arias made that claim. I seriously doubt that TA was conscious or aware of his final moment of having his throat slit, nearly decapitating him.
      J Arias is clearly guided by satan himself as what she did takes being demonic possession
      I'm positive of her being demon possessed as she dabbled in spiritualism years prior to meeting TA. I'm thinking it began when she was 14...the "fruits" of this is pathological lying, stealing, sneaking, disobeying authorities, doing what one wishes and has zero tolerance to being told what to do or under control of your parents.
      Remember one of her BF, Bobby, who hunted vampires and they both dabbled in the Wicca faith AND also "The Secret" is also a form of spiritualism.
      You cannot dabble in any of this...even just a little bit is dangerous and JA allowed/invited satan full control over her life and look where its gotten her.
      Its like being pregnant. you cannot me just a little bit PG...you either are or you aren't. The same goes to God as there are NO gray areas. You're either serving God or you're serving Satan.
      This is powerful stuff going on here only most people aren't aware of it...what I'm writing here is all biblical and I'm happy to prove/back up with scripture as to what I'm writing.
      Jodi Arias will NEVER take an ounce of responsibility to any wrongs she's done and she will continue to finger point and blame others for what she's done.
      Jodi Arias believes her own lies and fantasies she makes up, as if its all true, she tells a very convincing story and there are gullible people who believe everything she says.
      Jennifer Willmott isn't a stupid person, in fact she's quite brilliant and smart.
      But she's got something wrong with her thinking AND also she doesn't have any conscious and helped JA make the claims that she did along with her other lawyer, Nurmi whose entire career has been defending the worst of the worst...Child rapist, Pedophiles, Child molesters and seriously evil men who destroy peoples lives.
      it was Nurmi who introduced the idea to JA to make these claims of TA being a pedophile for the sole purpose of making it easier to destroy this poor victim...and get people to believe TA deserved to be slaughtered like he was.
      Take a look at how many people believe the lies about TA being a pedophile and post/comment that he deserved to be murdered so he will never harm another child. But that is nothing but big fat lies that Nurmi helped JA come up with. It worked on Jurors...and #17 on 2nd trial fell into their trap! plus the fact she had a personal vendetta against Juan Martinez for his putting one of her ex husbands in prison...she claims she forgot who he was...yeah right!...How does ANYONE forget the prosecutor who put your husband in prison, spend weeks watching him, listening to him during your husbands trial?...if thats the case and she really did forget, then this woman shouldn't be left walking around, let alone making such serious decisions as a juror!

    She seems like a nice lady. I think two things she said were interesting: 1) She’s not her friend and she says, more than once, that she had no choice but to be in this situation (which is true). 2) She basically admitted (in a roundabout attorney way) that she didn’t believe her story but had to defend her because that’s her job. When she says that she didn’t really concern herself so much in what was true but what evidence she could use in trial in order to support a defensive theory. It's a clever way of saying: "I had to do whatever I had to do in order to give her a fair trial. But I don't believe this b*&!& and I'm not her friend, either." LOL. So, I think it’s easy to want to call Willmott “scum” and “trash”, etc. But, it’s just factual that she was court-appointed and doing her job. And you can't help but notice the big smile when she says, "I'm finished." It's almost like you can hear her say YAY.

Just think- all of this could have been avoided if Jodi said there were plenty of guys out there and NOT go to his house the 8 hour drive away. Travis could have changed the code on his garage and NOT continued to fool around with her. He told friends she was psychotic and a potential axe murderer. That’s not enough to say- peace out Jodi! Welcome to Jodi-world, where nothing is your fault and you are the greatest person on the planet.

He attacked her with deadly intent so she ran away but remembered the last time she ran left and Travis choked her unconscious so she instead ran right and picked up a gun she thought was unloaded, just to point it at him to make him stop, but he tackled her and the gun accidentally went off and she didn't know he got shot and he was still coming at her to kill her and then she blacked out and was not aware of her actions even though she slaughtered him with deadly intent and cleaned the crime scene afterwards and deleted compromising photos and left unseen only to come back to reality somewhere in the desert near the state border where she knew something had happened but couldn't accept it and then magically find her phone charger but didn't call 911 even though she had his blood on her so she instead called his voice mail and pretended to never have been there and then went to Salt Lake City to have a heavy make out session with Ryan Burns just to feel normal and safe again and he was absolutely not an alibi for her and then she found out that her license plate was missing on one side and upside down on the other beacause of those rowdy skateboarders a few days back and then she went to dinner with knife wounds on her left finger that was from smashing a glas at Margheritaville, no wait, another restuarant and it wasn't a glas, it was a metal edge, no wait, Travis had kicked her finger six months ago, no wait, she cut her finger on glas in Travis' house before the murder and it was her right finger, everyone else is wrong, and then she went home and couldn't accept his death so she pretended he was alive in her diary and then someone told her he was dead so she acted surprised because of the fog or something and then she sent flowers to his grandmother because of ethics and then went to his memorial service because they had a pact and visited his house with other people and then went bikini shopping and flew home and gave her phone number to a guy on the plane and then she was arrested while packing her car with condoms, knife and gun because she was going on a camping trip with guys and you know how guys can be and then she was interrogated and denied everything, and then she was interrogated and blamed ninjas that threatened her family and then she told the truth about Travis' abuse and pedophilia and then she was wrongfully convicted because the prosecutor was not nice to her. Questions?

    It's quite contradictory what Wilmott speaks about with regard to Jodi's memory issues ... how the memories "came back" to her over a period of time through reliving and retelling things during the trial. The problem with that is the fact that Samuels testified that these things Jodi couldn't remember about the killing were never encoded and so they were never made INTO memories in the first place. That was how he explained her Fog and why she couldn't recall specific things. That she would never be able to because the memories were never made. Remember the whole hippocampus testimony? What Wilmott is saying in the beginning flies in the face of Samuels "expert" testimony entirely. What it boils down to is that the more the defense people talk, the clearer it becomes that none of them -- not just Jodi Arias -- can keep their lies straight.

TO ADD : if you really listen to her interigation carefully Travis wanted what was right to do right he was a sinner he knew that, But he was not gonna break that commandment even in defence of his own life. She said it so when she described male & female nijas. "he said thats not why were here, just go get help"

    Jennifer Wilmot is the one who told Jodi to “go ahead and say it (about Travis being conscious when she slit his throat) you know she’s going to sentence you to life without parole today, what do you have to lose!” But she sure wants to back pedal about that now. That was one of the most cruel aspects of this trial. And Ms Wilmot, it was your very unprofessional actions and mean girl attitude you shared with Jodi during the whole trial that has people turned off toward you. You and Jodi both looked heartless and immature during the trial. It was shocking to see a “professional” act in such a way!

    Jodi's mother said (lied), "I saw the bruises" during her interview with the press on the steps of the courthouse, as she was leaving, immediately after the sentencing phase was concluded. Of course, it was a lie because she was never anywhere near Jodi during the time of the alleged incidents of abuse. Sandy Arias was in Yreka. Jodi Arias was in Mesa. Sandy did not even see Jodi, nevermind see any bruises on Jodi's body..
    It is surprising that the reporter came to this interview without knowing about Sandy's statement or where and when she made it. She should have been better prepared. As it was, the reporter allowed Wilmott to evade confronting that deception. Nothing of much value in this interview! Wilmott's statement that Jodi wanted "to tell the truth as she saw if" is unadulterated piffle." Jodi "'told the truth"' as she wanted US to see it." Well, we didn't see it her way--and only a person walking around without an attendant could possibly believe it." Where does that place Wilmott?

    • @Thebeautiful11
      @Thebeautiful11 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Her mom went there to help move April before travis died. JA claimed travis had tried to choke her and bruises were on her neck at that time. I don't believe it but that was when her mom was there and jodi made her mom leave. Right before that, Matt had called the mom, worried that jodi had might kill herself. Listen to parents` first interview with Flores for that info.

    • @en23288
      @en23288 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for clarifying that for me. I should have paid closer attention to the time of that visit. Don't know where I got the impression it was before Xmas 2007. Like you, I still don't believe Mom saw anything of the sort she claimed. It's not as though Jodi was taking her Mom into her confidence.

    • @Thebeautiful11
      @Thebeautiful11 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      She did go home that X-mas. It might have been that x-mas or around new years where Matt was calling all concerned that she'd hurt herself. her father or mother were saying it in their police interview. I don't know if you would have caught it easily in testimony. I caught it by listening to the parents interrogation and piecing that up with what the blond girl that testifying on day one or two was saying. Maybe also when Jodi was testifying about the uhaul truck. I had to watch the trial at least 3 times to get facts. Especially when she was arguing with JM about that picture and the masterbating that never happened.

    • @en23288
      @en23288 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm going to watch it again and see if I can follow that thread throughout the interviews and testimony. Was the blonde girl you referred to Lisa Andrews, Travis's girlfriend during some of the approximately 22 months, (Sept. 2006 to June 4, 2008), Travis and Jodi knew each other? I was actually in Court for a few days of the trial but not for any of the days when Arias testified. I was there for Lisa Andrews. Anyways, I still don't understand why the reporter who interviewed Wilmott was not aware of what Sandy Arias said about the alleged abuse in her interview on the steps of the Courthouse after sentencing. It would have been good to see Wilmott's reaction if that had been put to her. Cheers and thanks.

    • @Thebeautiful11
      @Thebeautiful11 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No problem. I am sure that was an experience to be in the court room. I have a legal crush on Juan Martinez. I guess it was Lisa Andrews. It's been so long and I looked at SO many different things. I just looked at my google document notes and realized that I was getting information even out of journal entry photos. I'm gonna find it for you myself because I might be wrong about it being Lisa's testimony.

    2:15 oh I see! It upset Arias for people to come in and say things about her relationships with Travis that she knew wasn’t true and they weren’t there …. Ummm isn’t that exactly what YOUR witnesses did Wilsnot? Didn’t Alyce LaViolette spend days on the stand testifying under oath to things she had absolutely no clue about? Saying that Travis preyed on vulnerable women, that Arias never stalked Travis? That she never saw one piece of evidence that Arias abused, scared, used or hurt Travis ? The fact alone that LaViolette answered a juror question by saying Arias was not the greater perpetrator of Domestic Violence when she killed Travis is one of the stand out moments in this trial for me but to my point- all of Arias’ witnesses lied about Travis! Hypocrites

    I like Jennifer. She defended Jodi because that’s her job. She’s a defense lawyer. Someone’s got to do it. As citizens of the U.S., we have the right to a fair trial and due process. It’s probably not easy to defend people who do terrible things, but for those who are wrongly accused, these defense attorneys are vital in getting justice. She messed up sometimes, but overall I think she did well. Plus, she was up against Juan Martinez, which I’m sure was not easy!

    • @novascotiaskater1868
      @novascotiaskater1868 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely it’s our justice system that everyone deserves a good defense and Arias was entitled to one certainly- my problem with Willmott is that she betrayed her hypocratic oath as an attorney to be ethical and moral in her defense of a client…. Letting Arias testify that Travis was a pedophile, that he masturbated to pictures of little boys and liked her to dress like a young school girl is wrong…. But more importantly I absolutely believe that Willmott acted unethically by taking details of another case where a woman was on trial for killing her husband in self defense and Dr. Lenore Walker testified on behalf of this woman by describing Battered Women’s Syndrome… and Willmott asked Dr Walker to testify for Arias but she declined stating she didn’t believe Arias was a DV victim… which led Willmott to take many facts and aspects of this other lady’s case and gave them to Arias to use in this case…,

    Willmott tried to discredit Dr. Janeen DeMarte the minute she got on the stand. Dr. DeMarte wasn’t having any of it. Didn’t take Willmot’s bait and acted very professional. She at times even got Willmott tongue twisted 😂 it was DeMarte who was able to discredit this horrible woman. I hate to even say this about Willmott since she lost her 15yr old son to a tragic skateboard accident. But after seeing her again go on and on again on the recent Discovery+ doc. It just annoys me how she refuses to believe Jodi is a monster. Then she wonders why she gets her “so called” death threats. She said in the documentary one person grabbed her and “kind of spun her around” to tell her, I hope Jodi rots in prison or hell. Who kind of spins you around. She was probably tapped on the shoulder, maybe accidentally with all those people outside. Willmott, like Jodi, tried to dramatize her encounter that probably never happened 😂😂😂

      It's granted to every american in our constitution to have a right to a defense. We are a country that upholds the belief that it is better for 1,000 to "get away with it" than for one person to be wrongfully committed. We need both sides to fight vehemently in the hope that justice will always win. Obviously, we we are flawed but a defense attorney is a right that we should uphold for every citizen. In the end, Jodi was sentenced to life in prison and this attorney can wash her hands from her job to protect the innocent who are only found guilty in a court of law.
