I thought I lost all the files accumulated over 4 years at university. You just saved my studies and my life as well.

When I try put on my laptop it shows "preparing windows" and when it finally came on, all my files, docs,images etc had disappeared. i tried to edit the computer registry to eliminate this error. But after carrying out the process perfectly, I still had the same problem repeating itself. In my users profile I always see multiple TEMP.DESKTOP.6TEBDP5 folders. How can I solve this problem please?

Microsoft does not have any technicians. Those are entry level employees that know nothing about computers. They read from the same script.They suggest you go to on their website.

I did the third method and it worked at first when I restart it was black but 3 seconds later it’s fix and nothing was missing and the sign out and in was gone thank you very much ❤

Just fix mine if you have a desktop, turn it off unplug it flip the switch and hold the power button down for about 10 seconds
