I'm going to start the PSMF diet next week I'm so nervous I'm going to mess up and do something wrong or eat something I shouldn't thinking that is lean but it truly isn't! Are these sauces able to be eaten as much as I want on any type of meat that I make as long as it's lean?

I’m sure they will taste delicious! Unfortunately I’m also sure that Worcestershire sauce has sugar and/or corn syrup in it… I don’t think it will be difficult to make some sort of Worcestershire sauce yourself with anchovies paste.

If you won't use Grey Poupon why do you use Lee and Perins Worcestershire sauce? It has molasses, AKA SUGAR!!!Just asking.

yes it has a small amount of sugar but no corn syrup - I never use anything with corn syrup
But it also has melasses
