Not sure if you have done it or not, but if not, make sure to do the input response curve for the wheel. It massively reduces the dead zone, which in turn reduces the wobble you can get on under/oversteer corrections.

Yay, you did it! The crashes were pretty entertaining. I've experienced the AI getting totaled in the tunnel, eliminating each other in one calamity.
