A tip for your swiss roll, when it comes out of the oven let it cool slightly, then roll it up, but only let it sit for 2 minutes rolled up, and then let it unroll gently. This will give the cake the memory of being rolled, sort of like plastic that has a memory of the shape it is supposed to be. But by unrolling after a couple of minutes you lessen the risk of the cake breaking up into pieces.
