Can you tell us what you do after a big challenge like this I know its not huge size wise but that ALOT of sugar. Do you sleep? Workout? Both? What happens for the next 3 hrs after you eat that?
It’s funny, still to this day I can’t drink hot coffee. I was in the medical field and I had a recycling business for years. Never got a hot cup. Always warm.
