You really made the perfect sound that merges all eras of Mario. 0:39 I adore the Mario death sound when the death leitmotif plays. And the flag finish jingle at the end is so good it hurts. Honestly this might be my new favorite remix of yours, absolutely magnificent :)

It’s those little changes that make this variant so fun to listen to even when you’ve heard the original melodies so many times like I have. The first time I listened to this remix, I was shocked to hear the level clear tune at the end. It really is such a nice touch and it comes at the perfect time after the melody ends. I sincerely love this song for so many reasons and it’s amazing to finally receive the Qumu glow-up of it so everyone has a definitive way to listen to one of the most nostalgic and well-known songs in gaming history. P.S. I love the the tempo shift at 1:51 😁👍

This cover is fantastic. Really sounds like the original, just in a year 2023 style. As a fan of Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (For GameBoy Color), who has grown up with that game (For 1 and a half years), this cover just hits hard, and Level Complete part sounds like it was taken straight out of Pokémon Sword & Shield. Absolute nostalgia flying through my heart and brain right now. This might be my favorite cover on the original. Great job, Qumu!
