Hi vasavi garu..👋😊I can perfectly do 18-20 fast easily... But endhuko I felt like doing 16 hrs this month.. So I decided to do..I chose 8am - 4pm eating window.. Nenu morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, evening edhaina healthy snack tesukovali tarvatha fasting start cheyyali anukuna.. When I do 18-20 hours I eat 2 meals completely. But ipudu evening 4pm em tinali ardham kavadam ledhu.. If you know any our own south Indian healthy snacks plz list out when it is feasible to you 🙌
