I always message them telling them how sad they are, then I report them. I properly don't see the point of playing if they can't win without cheating, defeats the purpose of playing.

A ok video but cut the background music no need for it. we all know there are cheaters in this game, do you think anything is going to be done i doubt it. yeah it messes up the game but what can you do. not much more to say i`m afraid. better get used to it in every game you play there will always be cheaters.
