Imagine they should use a split bag design so you can do one half scoop of the larger stuff and one full scoop of the powder with the right scoop design.
I started Huel shakes last June as I was about 225lbs and kept getting heart palpitations…I started running in august/sept and by jan I’d lost 48lbs so 3.5stone. I used to just eat crap…cakes, sweets, biscuits, take always etc and being sight impaired not very good at cooking my own food so Huel was total changer for me. A lot easier to track calories. I’m very tempted to have the hot and savoury Huel for lunches.
They're good, and just adds a variety to flavours and textures, so it's not always sweet shakes! Sounds like you've done an amazing job on the health - keep up the good work!
At 255 pounds you must either be really tall or have a very low percentage body fat, my fathers weight peaked around that range and he practically looked inflated at 6 feet (1.83 meters) tall.
I use the huel hot and savory and I do like a scope of the mexican chilli + scope of the bolognese it's fine. It's not a replacement for my main meal but very handy and stops me eating rubbish.
we normally cook at home - haven't been out for dinner in a long time, mostly lockdown related. for the dirty friday recipes, i just find inspiration online from a variety of places, but I've also found that gousto and hellofresh have inspired a lot of my cooking!
Don you think this is something for picky eaters. I really have a problem with boiled vegetables and stuff like that. I usually just eat them raw. Do you notice them much or are they almost unnoticeable?
hey man! any plans for a review of the new huel protein? watched all your stuff! I liked thai green curry too, but was a tad too spicy for me, sounds like the korma will be right up my street!
Definitely sounds like Korma might do well! And yep, Definitely going to review it - Quite keen to see what I think - got a few videos in the pipeline first, but i'll order some and get a video done!
@@spark9615 Mac and cheese would be good - i could see that working, though I'm not sure it fits into their "health conscious" line up - and mushroom stroganoff sounds interesting - quite niche though!
@@LittleTipple they might be able to consult with daiya(which has a really good boxed macaroni product) for the flavoring and simply tweak it to be a little healthier. So far as I know huel really doesn't prioritize flavor and isn't developing a macaroni product but this would be a good way for them to quickly develop a good product if they wanted to.
I feel like, if that's the level of your worries, you won't find many quick and easy products that will meet your expectations... For me though, I feel like its safe and easy.
Dude… our tastebuds are not the same. The korma was hot cardboard. It’s not nice. I dread the idea of consuming it. I could never imagined someone using the word, “it’s really nice” to describe it. Are these your actual thoughts on this?
I mean, I think you said it yourself - our tastebuds are not the same - it’d be boring if we all liked the same things. Yep - they are my actual thoughts. I never expected Huel to be a culinary delight, but for a dehydrated powder that makes a meal in 5 minutes, I think it tastes surprisingly good - but compared to actual Korma, it’s shocking - for me it’s about it serving a purpose, and it sounds like it just doesn’t serve that purpose for you. Have you tried any of the other flavours?

that's the best idea yet...
Thanks for the great comments and the review! 😊
Any time!
For anyone in the states (or potentially other regions) Madras and Korma are also called Spicy Indian Curry and Yellow Coconut Curry, respectively.
That's helpful info, thanks Alex

What was the total amount you ate ?
Thanks for your reviews! Super helpful. I've ordered some Huel h&s and I'm intrigued.
Glad I could help! How've you got on so far?
Beautiful views . Great job. Well done
Your reaction just sold me on the korma ♥
Just tried the Korma for the first time! It’s sooo yummy! ❤️

I'm 6 foot 5, so quite tall, but I've also always had quite a high muscle mass - not sure my body fat percentage is that low though...

loving the lego, and ofc the fantastic huel reviews, currently considering it as a breakfast replacement
the hot and savoury, or regulare huel for breakfast? not sure I could face hot and savoury first thing in the morning!
@@LittleTipple oop wouldnt go that far either! left the comment here after watching all your fantastic reviews :)
@@king_artur that’s made me feel a lot better! So glad you liked the reviews!
Do you normally cook dinner or go out to eat? If you cook dinner, where can I find some of the recipes you are using. Thanks.

I don't notice them hugely, they'll all just part of it, worked in together, if you see what I mean?

I just ordered 3 bags. Very expensive.
I'll be honest and say that it will be good when I'm back at the office.
Cooked food looks amazing.
I can’t stand any of these flavors but it does make lunch so much easier. I wish they tasted better.
what flavours would you like to see?
Mac and cheese. Mushroom stroganoff.

You could probably use some beef, chicken, vegetable or mushroom broth to rehydrate it instead of water for more flavor.
Is huel safe? I would 100% get on it if it just didnt have so much soy because plant sources of protein tend to contain phytates and isoflavones .

@@LittleTipple its true i really cant find any. Im left with making my own meal replacement from parts
@@randyhollier I would definitely recommend you contact Huels customer services live chat if you are still concerned about the soy problem

Will you be reviewing the new Mac & Cheese flavour ?
Almost certainly, but I need to finish off a few bags to make space for it first!
