Oh Katie, I'm so sorry 😔. We lost a rooster last week. It was limping and the leg was blue, so we knew there was no circulation. It kept creeping up until it got to the chest. We did our best to keep him comfortable and now he is buried in the fruit garden. It's always hard to lose a friendly chicken. May another one bond with you just like Katie Mama did. 🤗

Hey there! Been watching a couple of your videos and been learning a lot!
I recently got super into permaculture and want to buy a plot of land in the next year or two and start a food forest.
Im living in thailand and currently rent a small house with a little yard where I can plant stuff. Im using this as my playground to learn and test things.
I really know nothing about garding and permaculture design and am just beginning my journey. The fact that you are in the tropics too makes it very very informative for me, and many of the things I can apply at my place right away. Keep up the great content! =)

Great to hear it- welcome to the channel. Start where you are and expand from there- use your small site to learn in preparation for the plot of land you want to buy.

I'm new to the channel, and your garden looks really nice. I'm sorry to hear about Katie's mama, too. She sounded like a really nice chicken.

Check out Hacienda Rosa- an airbnb just up the road and another homestead I help with.
