yes, the part where he enters the lower and upper bound can be calculated through Z-tables

Suppose researchers are concerned about the rate of residents reporting no access to health insurance in a particular community.
Suppose national statistics indicate that 24% of residents are living without health insurance.
Assume the researchers sample a group of 10 households.
The probability of seeing one household having no insurance in a sample is ______.
I think this answer is normalPDF(1,2.4,1.35) = 0.1726
(similar operations to the video, but it is probability distribution function and not cumulative distribution function)
