- Kiholo Bay is a beautiful picturesque bay that was once an ancient fishing pond. On a sunny day, the striking contrast between the black lava rock, green palms and turquoise water look straight off a postcard. The hike to Kiholo Bay is relatively short and there is a flooded lava tube that can be explored along the way. If you’re lucky, Kiholo Bay is an excellent place to spot sea turtles.

@2:45 how deep is that water on the flooded lava tube?! and is it visible and easily accessible along the trail that we wouldn't miss it???? We do not want miss this spot so please more details about it.

I was just gonna say when i saw you walking off in the video that the hawaiian kiawe is very strong, usually if you see it around you shouldn't be going that far, he had a pretty thick shoe that it cut through real easy. Plus wasp like to hang out near the fresh water openings too down by the beach. cool vid though
please don't use sun screen in the fresh water pond it depletes the eco system as well
