Apart of watching a very good match here...we are able to see a chopper who is very aggressive with the forehand. It seems to be a very hard player to beat. Drop shots are very risky against him due to his good footwork. He reaches most of the balls and his loops and tops are very effective. Very fun to see this Kang Dongsoo. And Dang Qiu is probably the best penholder at the moment. Both players have a great footwork to get this level and nice styles by each of them. Not the typical players we are used to watching. Very entertaining match.

Extraordinary match!
Kang is not joo se hyuk, although he reminds us a bit of his predecessor. Kang's style is impressive, he cleverly alternates moments of consistent chopping with agressive fh attacks.

I was wondering why I like Dang Qiu play style so much when he was playing against Ma Long. Only now I noticed he is playing chopstick.

Kang has a great short game, but he can’t chop pushes. He must learn how to attack the push
