To explain this... the first part of the levitation is clearly wires. This is the point at which he is below the shards peak. To explain how they did the part were he was above the peak would be that they used an inflatable dummy of some sort and hence why we never get a close up whilst he is above the shard and that he doesn't move whilst up there. It's a combination of cuts where wires are being used and then a dummy - that's all. Still pretty cool.

All the common people who received healing miracles by believing weren't christians. There were no christians back then.
