Product sales? Commission? Courses? Diversifying income stream is good idea. 6. Suppliers and resources: who are your key suppliers? 7. Pricing and cost structure: how will you price your jewellery? How do people pay? What costs do you have to cover? Think about your overhead, e.g. heating/electricity in workshop. 8. Brands and visuals: key visuals? Logo? Graphics? Write down 4-5 elements of ur brand you can use repeatedly. Marketing: how will you market your brand? Key marketing methods? You and your team: what skills do you have and what skills do you need support in? E.g. photographers, website builders, customer service, etc. Any gaps that need filling? Good to think ahead about staffing for future. Delivery: how will your delivery process work? Postal services? Different delivery charges? Flat fee? In cost of jewelry so it’s free postage?
