@@DelaneyMediado u know if I was to use that mic or another cheap one like it but let say it has the problem we’re I can hear my own voice when my headset is connected if I have a monitor with sound and I jsut use the mic and no headset and it’s only for ft it would work pretty well right cause I can turn down my monitor volume so I can hear them fine but they can’t hear them selfs out the monitor which means u should be able to talk through your mic with no isses cause it’s monitor sound not mic

It's just a cheap Neewer one from amazon. It's not great quality but it gets the job done

I don't have any experience recording music so I can't speak to that but its a good mic for the budget if you're just starting out
what mic gain do you recommend? cause when im speaking there's some background noise like sssssss
I would recommend cranking it to 100 in windows settings and then setting the mic gain as low as it can go while still having your voice be clear

It has a cardio pickup pattern and you unfortunately can't change it
Is it pickup sound from back side
If you use any sound foam in your room
It picks up very little sound from the back of the mic
