Strictly following policy no matter the individual or situation, or handling it effectively with a desired result of how it's handled, even if it's unorthodox, and tosses policy aside and looks at the individual.
It is surprising looking back what really makes someone into a sane adult. Like boasting about the level of violence your parents were willing to go to to make sure you understand authority and respect. Which im sure could be seen as abuse to a weak minded person whose raising a psychopath.
You *HAVE* to have a boat Captain, someone licensed to pilot the boat. Think about it. Could you rent a car and not have a driver's license? Could you rent a plane and just fly it yourself without having not only a pilot's license but also a qualification on that aircraft?
