I think it could be handy for a saddle bag or a briefcase. But realistically it would live in the narrow gap between a handgun and something like a Sub 2k. I do wish the Glock version had the optics bridge that the Sig M17 version includes. I run a brace on a CP33 and love it with fixed optics.
I tried to find out which are the other three models you talk about in the video but Flux Defense page about Glock products only shows a message saying they are all out of stock, without specifying which models/sizes they make. I have a Gen3 G19 and a Gen4 G40 and would love to install the Flux Brace on them if there’s the option. I tried the Recover Tactical and it was ok, but not as compact as this Flux Brace.
Why wouldn't you use the extra mag holder "not a foregrip" instead of changing out your mag from your pocket? I didnt see the range you were shooting at mentioned was it 25 feet, meters? I would guess the flux brace would benefit the shooter at longer ranges.
LOL, thats a good question. I even asked it of myself when I was watching the video post shooting. The only answer I can think of is that I forgot to. The range was 15 yards/45 feet, which is the standard distance we use for pistol evaluation on the channel, and you are correct, the brace would be more of a benefit at longer ranges as it allows for more stability.
You can tell your friend that, unfortunately, these currently are considered SBRs subject to NFA regulation. At least until the lawsuits make their way to the Supreme Court.
The ATF says NO! Others say the ATF might not be around to bother law abiding citizens much longer 🤭

I agree, it would be much better with the optic mount on it as opposed to mounting the optic on the slide.

Wow....Flux is mighty proud of their little contraption. Like you, I think it is overpriced.
I wonder if a stk100 would be compatible
Can I still get the fluxdefense brace for a gen3 glock 17?? If so where can I get one?
are these legal anymore or did the ATF just outlaw them recently? asking for a friend of course

สวยมากครับ อยากให้ทำเพื่อใส่ cz75d compact รางเต็ม ด้วยครับ
For my opinion the Flux is totally overpriced! The Recover Tactical 20/20 is very affordable and work very good!
Do they make this for Glock 43 ?
Unfortunately it does not look like they do at the current time anyway. Just the more full size "double stack" magazine versions.
glock 19 gen 5 good jobs
Flux make a keltec cp33 brace
No unfortunately not. That would make an interesting combo though. Currently as far as I am aware they only make a brace for GLOCK and SIG platforms.
@@CraigsGunChannel ty.
Sometimes I wonder why they can't let a glock, simply just be a glock..
