I have watched a few of your instructionals and wanted to make sure I dropped a appreciation comment. Your videos are amazing resources. I wish I had access to stuff like this in high school, I started wrestling as a sophomore and struggled to catch up for my first year or two. At the time I felt like there was a lot of gatekeeping considering I did not come from a wrestling family. That being said I know your videos are helpful to kids in similar situations, keep up the great work.
After several reviews it seems the popping his arm up, watch technique, may be the most effective way to clear the collar tie..esp if it's in heavy. But must say the knuckles in is a good technique as well. Personally i like to push opponents elbow in wuth knuckles so to shut his area to work in..plus it's uncomfortable for the opponent too. Good stuff.
Awesome content man! Could you do something based on getting maximum control from underhooks? Just position and movement for pressure, not so much shots or other takedowns from there
Next one is scrambling I’ll probably post it tomorrow and then I’ll film some more next week. Don’t know if I’m gonna get to foot sweeps right away though.
