If I were Sophie I would leave Kate alone . If things are meant to be they will happen and it seems like Sophie is trying to hard to make Kate feel the same way back. If Kate doesn't want an amazing girl like Sophie that is her loss but Sophie should just back off and Stop trying so hard.

Caz may be a liar but Sophie needs to back away and let Kate figure it out herself or Kate is just going to end up resenting her. Once Kate figures things out for herself she will find her way to Sophie if she has feelings for her or Soph can be there for her when she realizes the truth about Caz, but Soph needs to back off now. That way their relationship will start at a healthier place than what Soph is doing now
