I love Rush and this album is one I’ve been looking for to add to my growing collection. Super happy to find this out in the wild. Thanks!

1:18 Rush - Signals - back in the early 90's I used to be an autograph hound in Toronto for baseball players and used to buy and sell sports cards. One time Kansas City Royals were in town, and was in the Hilton Hotel - when Geddy Lee walked around the corner with to me at the time was an unknown baseball player. I talked with Geddy for about 5-10 minutes, asking if anything new was coming out - I told him I saw Power Windows 1986 in Hamilton Ontario 20th row floors, my first concert I went to on my own with a friend - but was more into the brit pop invasion stuff lately - I asked for 2 signatures just on a hotel notepad for my buddies Steve and Mark and he was quite generous to do so. The player he was with was Warren Cromertie - who at the time didnt connect any dots or even realize why he was there - years passed, the internet came along - turns out Geddy is a massive Baseball fan - and Warren was around in Montreal when they recorded Signals - in fact of you look at the back of the record - the SUBDIVISION is named after Warren Cromertie.

Wow! That is so cool that you met Geddy and Warren at the same time and I didn’t know Subdivisions was dedicated to him! I’m actually reading Geddy Lee’s ‘effin life right now and learning all kinds of cool facts I never knew about one of my all time favorite bands. Thanks for sharing your story! Awesome 🎸

Hi .After all these years I still come away wishing I'd bought that LP or wishing I'd left that one..Overall it's been very beneficial being in the Records Business for over 40 years now .Looked as though you picked some great LPs.Cheers.Rog.Pacific Sunset Records( LA).

Thank you! I know what you mean, I’ve left some good ones behind and picked up some by mistake and ended up with several I don’t need.. lol. But, I agree it’s a wonderful business (hobby) to be in 👍🏼 thanks for the comments!

@5:20 JOE BRAVO "Y Su Orquesta" is a GREAT album. That's the one I would have grabbed first!!! Anything on the EL ZARAPE label is going to be excellent Tejano music.

So so over priced for poor albums I would rather buy just one good one instead of 3 poor ones😢
