I swear I think most of the pc that came from sm artists album have those annoying marks. They’re already hard to sell in retail since sm artists pc are always in demand and expensive. It’s really hard to put those pc with marks for trade tbh
This is actually my first time buying through the SM website so I didn’t know about that :0 if that’s the case, they should change their manufacturer :/ but they probably don’t care about a mere photocard LOL
