This needed to be done. Hopefully this grading system will influence them to better their school. Most MSCS are horrible especially compared to other areas i have lived in.
MCS have been on a massive decline since forced busing in the 70’s. Very poor school system…as well as horrible crime. Not a desirable place to live. Short sighted and unrealistic leadership.
