    this is one of the strategy that i've backtested for a long time and it's really one that works for me. however, i'm not blindly taking a trade just because the volume bar is larger than the previous one. rather, i combine support and resistance zones, vwap and heikin ashi candles.

    Thank you for this video. Very well explained. I know that volume is important but have never paid much attention to volume because I could not find a good correlation between volume and price. I will try this. Thank you again.

    Thanks for sharing. However I've stucked on the journal at 9.30. what is the name of the journal (win rate counter) you use?

    I've used this strategy for a few days on a paper-trading account and really like it. Lots of entries which I like, I work from home but am unable to sit and watch charts all day. That's probably the most frustrating thing about trading in my spare time, waiting for entries. Most strategies also only really work during trends, feel like I miss a lot of trades when it's not trending. With this strategy I don't have to wait too long to find an entry. I also really like the Absolute Strength Histogram strategy, finding good stuff with that and also seems to work in flatter markets.. I've started leaving the volume up along with the ASH and found that they can both confirm each other.
    BTW - are you Dutch, by chance? You sound like a native Dutch English-speaker to me, not that it matters :)

      @@franciscogaetano9093 I haven't been using this strategy for a while now. It's still good and useful, but i'm scalping Bitcoin and for the past few months crypto has been mostly moving sideways and not trending much. I'm not sure about Forex or other markets, but if it's sideways then these strategies won't work so well. I've switched to using mainly support/resistance strategies on the one-minute or five-minute timeframes, that's the only thing which really works and is reliable in this kind of market right now. I've been scalping for roughly about 10 months now, still a novice but i've also learned a lot more about price action and support/resistance. You might want to look more into those. Volume and MACD strategies really only work when there are clear trend directions. They do, however, work very wall when the market is on the move.

      @@avestuart Hey Ave, thanks for your answer. Can you send me your email/twitter/instagram? ill like to ask you a few questions like what books/yt channels did you used to lear price action. Thanks again! bye

      @@franciscogaetano9093 I'm still a novice, i've learned a lot, but i'm probably not much farther along than you are. One channel I can recommend is Joel On Crypto. He has a strategy which is good, but also revert to support/resistance trading when price is sideways. He creates videos of him trading and his philospohy. I've learned a lot from watching his videos. That's probably the best I can recommend right now and the one I leaned the most from recently.

    we can enter the position after we calculate the ATR as we identify the volume to set up a perfect R to R,all we need for this is to finding a good for ex harmonic pattern to target a minor trigger.

    I'm using this strategy on 1 min gold to catch trends with multiple entries, when I see stronger push then I hold it and usually give you more signals on next wave also Stoch must be on the bottom if I take long and with short is opposite, really good strategy but I created myself 😊

    ATR only indicates volatility. How do you use that as a SL?

      Exactly, in the case of a random volume spike in the wrong direction, you’ll get out half way

    Hi there, I like your video. I think it is a reasonable and sustainable strategy. Maybe a good way to tweak this strategy is if your taking a long position, on the next green candle that is bigger than the previous red. Take profits on the next big red candle on volume than the previous green, and vise versa. However you may have to be watching your screen all the time. Your strategy on this video is good however for traders that cant sit in front of the screen all day

    The colors on the Volume are the same as on the candles. This is like saying take a long trade if you have two bullish candle in a row when you are over MA100.

    • @johnwick7488
      @johnwick7488 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      that is not correct. the strategy takes into account the color of the volume bar in addition to the size of the bar compared to the previous bar. you can have three green volume bars in a row but if the first of the three is NOT bigger than the red candle before it, then the strategy is invalidated.
