I think I have the solution para matigil or minimize yang mga informal settlers sa pabalik balik nila diyan sa Maynila galing sa mga probinsya. Kailanangan muna talaga ng national ID system para ma-identify ang mga future na mag e-eskwat sa mga syudad. Make it a Govt mandate na bawal mag-eskwat sa mga syudad kung wala silang sariling matitirahan or someone willing to give zzthem shelter. Yung mga dumadayo sa Maynila na naghahanap ng trabaho kailangan may proof na merong trabaho na naghihintay sa kanila o relative or friend na willing magbigay or accept them (temporary or not) na matirahan para walang magpalaboy kahit saan sa kamaynilaan habang naghahanap...This for one thing will slow down (minimize yung mga poor meeting other poor , breeding more poor) mga sa mga taong clearly do not reside in the city. I have nothing personal against them, hindi rin ako mapera pero bigay lang ako ng solusyon pa’no mapalinis ang Maynila. Re-relocate niyo sila pero marami na naman mag-uumpisang mag eskwat somewhere else sa syudad, eh wala din kwenta. I know mahirap gawin but we have to start on something, and hopefully someone can better or improve mine suggestion. Hala sige mga Dilawan , tira na.
DENR might be missing on the ships parked in Manila Bay.. They also generate waste and could potentially discharge them in our waters... some could even be toxic chemicals! Please also include these ships..not just squatters and establishments..
Withouth mr president du30 insisted to clean that manila bay they will not pursue to do it....for how mny years they abandoned that no one give cares on that but by the loving mr president he has heart to cares....thank GOD for we hve a president cares on us especially in our inviroment....
