The service at this location(jawalakhel LG shoppe Nepal) has been extremely disappointing. Once they received full payment, the customer support doesn't care about their customer. The delivery and installation times is worst as hell and when I followed up, the staff-both the technician and deliver were unprofessional and had no manner how to talk with costumer. There were constant delays, and I repeatedly had to call to check when the technician and delivery would arrive. Each day, I was assured they would come the next day, but that promise was not kept. I’ve wasted several days waiting, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I would recommend visiting a different LG store for better service. Don't even deserve a single star… very disappointing, wasted my time…
