For most of the VOD Emongg felt like a pokemon trainer just screaming abilities trying to get a pokemon that is high level and doesn't obey to use a specific attack. Also I like to imagine that when Emongg was screaming for window and lamp that the Bap was turning off and on a real lamp not understanding what he meant or closing a window and opening a window in their PC
I noticed that if its an offensive part of the kit, they use it. They hardly lamp or armor pack or do any actually supporting abilities, and instead focus on what they can do to the enemy Many times we witnessed them ignore critical health teammates that they could have easily saved with some bap nades or armor packs but instead went to do damage
the whole game was a wreck they have a lot to improve on. their aim wasn't too bad just the decision-making and utilization of his kit. He could've also lived the mei ults with his exo boots as well.
I'm excited to watch this Bingo that takes place on a Friday. I especially love the historical tradition of Jeff "Emongg" Anderson & Co. uploading this Bingo minigame on Fridays, something which may benefit with a nickname to recognize the presence of a Bingo game uploaded on Fridays. On Friday in which this Bingo video has been uploaded . On Bingo Friday, the Friday where Bingo is uploaded . When the Bingo Friday takes place.
Yay, nothing like a good bingo Friday to end the week! Thank you for that great tradition of bingo Friday that is to play overwatch bingo every Friday that happens in the fridays of course
Is that Brig or the american healthcare system refusing to heal their team mates? God damn, they could open a literal drugstore with the amount of armor packs they didnt use.
this will likely be a long comment of feedback for the submitter. im going to give specific feedback on heroes but the advice will generally carry over to other heroes too, just modify any advice according to the hero's abilities. 1. when a teammate like Cass is ulting like around 2:22 IMMEDIATELY repair pack them. Cass is stationary, they can't use their roll to mitigate damage, they need to be protected. use a repair pack at the least. you were also close enough that you could have gone over to shield them. use the scoreboard and watch your dps to read their body language and see if they're going to use their ult. a Cassidy wants to flank high noon, which yours did (as much of a flank as is kinda possible here) so you could have followed and then shielded them. Cassidy can target enemies through friendly shields and even through teammates so there is no reason not to help. also, you saw Cass was critical earlier but didn't throw a pack to them until much later after the fight was over. gotta react faster to those things and have your focus be on your team FIRST. 2. if you want to climb, you need to start respecting the enemy ults more. you need to start respecting the enemies more. you keep walking into the enemies, barely using your shield, not reacting to enemy ults, and sure, it's silver 5, so you're not being punished for it, but eventually, you will hit a brick wall where you're just constantly losing games and this will be the reason. you have a shield! play around non destructible cover for when it breaks (although manage your shield health so it doesn't). you can't just int into the enemy team and expect it to work all the time because it won't. again, it will work a lot of the time right now, but your luck will begin to run out soon. it's easier to learn how to position now rather than face the inevitable losing streaks once you hit that wall. 3. iirc, repair packs heal over time. use them when people are critical, of course, but also use them when you anticipate a teammate will take damage very soon or when theyre not too low yet, which helps prevent downtime where they have to sit and wait to be healed. an example of a good time to use packs when you expect someone will take damage is when a friendly Genji blades. they WILL be focused down, so throw as many packs as you have at them and they will get healed over time and might survive long enough to secure necessary kills. 4. an important part of improving on support is understanding what your job is at any given moment. this will come with intentional, meaningful practice. however, here is some general advice. it's not your job to 1v1 particularly dangerous enemies (snipers, bastion, etc). you don't have the tools. you can and should absolutely HELP deal with them but your job is to help your team win the fight, not to win some ego 1v1 or get in over your head. think about what your team needs from you. note: this will often be different from what they WANT. an important part of improving is also developing your own judgment to determine what you actually need to do, vs listening to what your team may want. for example, I play a lot of Mercy and I'm sure many of my teammates wish I would just hold the healing beam on them 24/7, but I don't do that. I heal them when they actually need my healing and I do other stuff when the other stuff is needed more than my healing. but the important thing is I'm thinking about what my team needs from me to win the fight. I'm not taking ego duels, I'm not walking into the enemy team, I'm looking at my whole team, I'm watching the enemies and pinging flankers or targets who are low. your team needs to come first. this does NOT mean healing them 24/7. this means acting in the teams best interests 24/7. there is a key difference here. 5. play closer to walls and corners and cover. you want to be able to IMMEDIATELY dip into cover whenever you need to. again, you're not being consistently punished for it now, but you will be eventually. it's easier to build good habits now rather than later! work on seeing the map in terms of available cover. yes, you want to push up with your team or fall back as needed, but think about going from cover to cover, not just forward/towards the enemy or back/away from the enemy. work on seeing good cover and better cover, i.e., good being where there is cover but you have to cross open sightlines to go to your team/back to spawn and stuff like that, and better being there's cover AND a safe escape route. you want to always have safe positioning AND a safe escape route. support players need to always have an escape route in mind, no matter what. ask yourself, "if i get pressured and take a lot of damage and need to fall back, where can i go and which way is the safest?" please start to play behind your team and a bit back from them. as a support, your life is very very valuable and you are any competent players first target, so good positioning is all about making it hard for the enemy to get to you. they might get you anyway, but you can force them to waste time and use cool downs in order to do that. if they use cool downs on you, yeah they got you, but at least they now don't have those cooldowns to use against your team. you can carry fights just with good positioning. and don't sacrifice good positioning just because your team doesn't position well. when using window, think about it as a way to create space for your team. put it at a corner for instance, and place it a bit ahead of where your team currently is. that way, the enemy either has to fall back away from the window or push past it and then be in an unfavorable spot without the corner to use as cover. also, it may incentivize your team to claim more space because they will need to push up in order to use it. but don't place it at max range all the time. just a little bit forward and in front of your team can be very effective. think about lamp as a way to counter ults. lamp counters mei ult, for instance, because it delays the mei's ability/the enemy team's ability to wipe your team. they have to kill the lamp first and they might not prioritize it, which means your team has a chance to survive and turn the fight around.
I like how they had the chance to kill the hanzo at 14:55 since his other support was gone, their Moira wasn’t looking at him, even while ulting, but just stopped even though he was sitting at half health 😭😭
You should add an * to the "Spamming cooldowns" as a way yo reference those who refuse to use run of the mill abilities such as swift step, venom mine or LAMP!
I love Bingo Friday. My favorite time of the week is when Emongg does a Bingo on a Friday. Those Fridays in which Bingo takes place and every Friday Bingo is uploaded on a Friday are always the best Bingo Fridays. Friday, the day dedicated to Bingo Friday and the only day in which we upload Bingo on. Every Friday. Bingo Friday.
Your commentary on these is hilarious. Love your work. Having said all that, there’s no way this game was real unless it was a ‘not allowed to use your cooldowns’ challenge.
Hey, its me, the person in the video. I have realized I should use cooldowns more independently but I'm glad to hear you say it as well. I think Lamp's cooldown and effectiveness makes me think it's more valuable. I only recently started playing Brig so that's why I wasn't confident in her. I play a lot of tank, rein particularly, so I think I was still in the Reindset too lol. Thank you so much for picking my game, Emongg!
this is why people think Brig is bad in low ranks... Also, this is totally a player who wanted to play DPS, but didn't want the DPS queue times. They don't care about being Support heroes, they care about doing damage.
as a support main (silver 4, just started trying comp this season) if my gameplay ever looks like this i sincerely apologize to literally any of my teammates even if they sucked because oh boy
I know Dva was slightly doing sniper Dva due to the Mei and whatnot, but man, this Frontline support has no self preservation and team preservation. This team was fending for themselves with only Lucio heals for most of it.
Yes, it's support not healer but damn, you still have to use your entire kit to actually do the supporting part. And that includes your brain cause you need to make smart decisions about (dis)engaging, positioning, enemy positioning, when to prioritize damage over heals etc. This isn't just an aim based game (I'm looking at you, pc players) and supports are supposed to make the enemies lives hard by enabling their own team. If you want to simply dps, queue up for dps. This is not what the support role is about
Haven't finished the video yet, but this is console, right? RIGHT? There's no way some playing with M+K turns the way this Brig turns and their crosshair is almost never moving neither up nor down.
@@nemebliss As a console player, quite alot. The movement and shooting are the biggest differences, as on controller, it’s much easier to use your movement to aim instead of directly using the aiming stick for every adjustment. However, it’s the other way around on MnK, and MnK also allows for ridiculos crouch-spam strafing while maintaining tracking at the same time. The game sense stays the same though, and the Top 500 console players tend to have the brain diff on Top 500 PC up to Pro leagues.
I am sivelr 4 brig and if i played like that i would be punished for walking in a strainght line or walking without a shield or frontlining all the time
This feels more like a nerffed Reinhardt gameplay that a Brig gameplay, he don't care about heal, in second round his Widow was low for a minute or more lmao.
He's giving in to Bingo Friday peer pressure
he's in denial
It’s working you guys. Keep up the pressure
I honestly feel bad for emongg watching this game how visibly distressed he is during this whole thing.
He is resisting the struggle to insult the player
God what would I do if it wasn't for Bingo Fridays. They truly make me believe in humanity and keep my sanity in this world.
I have never seen a support that should have just queued for DPS instead as much as this guy.
So painful to watch
I love how emongg is very kind and patient with people while flats is yelling his lungs out: GO BACK, STOP GOING FORWARD, USE YOUR SHIEEEELDDD!!!!
It’s so funny to watch their videos back to back, bc the difference is HUGE, and I love both!
For most of the VOD Emongg felt like a pokemon trainer just screaming abilities trying to get a pokemon that is high level and doesn't obey to use a specific attack.

BRIGITTE is loafing around...
Bap used Window. it was not very effective.
I only have two takeaways from this:
1. LAMP!!!
2. Bingo Friday cleansed my soul
I noticed that if its an offensive part of the kit, they use it. They hardly lamp or armor pack or do any actually supporting abilities, and instead focus on what they can do to the enemy

They're definitely a DPS player who didn't want to deal with DPS queues and thought they could carry as Support.
Except with Ana they never once used nade to purple, only to heal.

Right, Kuzco's poison.
Yet another great bingo friday from Emongg, we love to see it
Yay, nothing like a good bingo Friday to end the week! Thank you for that great tradition of bingo Friday that is to play overwatch bingo every Friday that happens in the fridays of course
Finally the work week is over and I can sit back and relax to bingo Friday.
Amen to that!!
Another bingo friday banger from Emongg on a friday and Im watching this bingo friday on a friday when the bingo takes place
At work to enjoy another bingo Friday, thanks Emongg
Is that Brig or the american healthcare system refusing to heal their team mates? God damn, they could open a literal drugstore with the amount of armor packs they didnt use.
Fr. I could have SWORN Brig was Swedish not American 😂
Anyone taking a shot every time Emongg said “Lamp” ?
I havent played Overwatch since a long time, but its super fun to watch Bingo series. Thanks for creating it Emongg!
Thank you for posting this Bingo on a Friday, the Fridays where we do bingos, on Friday .

I love Emongg's reactions, and I know we were all yelling "lamp"
Another bingo Friday
Gotta love waking up to some Bingo Friday. What a treat
What a fun video, but I think Emongg should mention their lack of lamp.
bingo friday never fails to make me happy
I love Bingo Friday. My favorite time of the week is when Emongg does a Bingo on a Friday. been waiting all week for bingo friday!
this game was more intense than all my games i ever had combined

I FREAKIN LOVE BINGO FRIDAY OH YEAH GIVE IT TO ME
Bingo Friday is a GREAT thing. What a game of Over(time) Watch 2
This is the second Friday in a row you've released a Bingo video on Friday. Bingo Fridays seem to be a thing for TH-cam!!!!
Emongg: Bingo Friday isn't a THING!!
*uploads it on a Friday
I was so anxious.. during this whole video.. oh my god 😂😂😂
Boy I can’t wait to watch this bingo Friday video now, on a Friday, when bingo Fridays happen
this is why people think Brig is bad in low ranks...
Also, this is totally a player who wanted to play DPS, but didn't want the DPS queue times. They don't care about being Support heroes, they care about doing damage.
Emongg sweating that bingo Friday is a thing
is "LAMP! LAMP!" the new "KITSUNE... KITSUNE..."?
I would say sorry, truly, emongg. If it wasn't Bingo Friday of course, and on Bingo Fridays we play g a m e s
Happy bingo friday
LMAOO I was the enemy support I didn't know someone submitted this to emongg
Fun match, disappointed we lost but it is what it is
Oh no you ruined the ending! My heart is broken. My life is ruined.
@@nerwinter158 oop mb lol
@@ShatMan21really bro? is this how you get your sick kicks? fucking despicable
Oh my god watching you go for kills was amazing loll I loved you
This was so painful to watch, the Brig gameplay especially. The reaction speed is so slow, not using all your abilities, the lack of healing.
We riot until Bingo Friday is a thing
emongg really wanted this bap to use those cooldowns...
as a support main (silver 4, just started trying comp this season) if my gameplay ever looks like this i sincerely apologize to literally any of my teammates even if they sucked because oh boy
Same. I’m bronze 5 so I’m sure I’ve had games like that and for that I’m sorry. I will learn from this video and make sure to do better 😐
Wtf was this game… my brain hurts trying to comprehend what happened throughout this game.
Anyway, always thankful for the Bingo videos! 🎉
Ah, what a lovely day (that happens to be a friday) for a lovely video (that happens to be a bingo video)!
This is so frustrating. Why do they bother playing support when they clearly only care about DPSing?
I know Dva was slightly doing sniper Dva due to the Mei and whatnot, but man, this Frontline support has no self preservation and team preservation.
This team was fending for themselves with only Lucio heals for most of it.
Happy Friday where there is a Bingo video 🎉
Gotta love bingo Fridays I look forward to this every week.
Bingo Friday, workshop Wednesday, and mystery hero Tuesday
I just love hearing Emongg yelling what they should do 😂 cuz I do the same thing 😂
As a Brig main, I feel physically harmed.
Happy bingo friday :)
This was like watching a SUPER long quick play game lmao
i saw that you were live, i should’ve known it was Bingo Friday and tuned in🙄
This was so stressful lmao
I can tell by the sporadic Bap aim this person was sweating behind the screen. They tunnel vision like hell.
*Posts a bingo video on Friday: "IT'S NOT BINGO FRIDAY!"
And i missed Bingo Friday once again.
Mfw when he summed it up and I had the realization I didn't just watch three videos it was a single video. Geezus
Another friday, another bingo. Two unconnected events coincidentally happening at the same time.
Woooooo! BINGO FRIDAYYYYYY!

Bingo friday! 😂
BINGO FRIDAYYYY 🎉
Fridays and Bingo. An unbeatable combo like peanut butter and jelly or macaroni and cheese.
Another Great Bingo Friday
Love Emongg hahah "LaMp!?"
I was not prepared for this level of raw Bronze...
Also, Bingo Friday, Bingo Friday, BINGO FRIDAY!!!! 🎉
Yeaaah bingo Friday!
Bingo Friday is my favourite thing that definitely exists
Love Bingo Fridays
Bingo fridaaayyyysss let’s go
I'm very happy Bingo Friday is a thing.
Im a brig main (somehow in bronze, 10w-2L and didnt get out of bronze 1) and the entire time watching them play brig my brain was dying
What have we learned today?
LAMP!
This guy got absolutely owned
“Falls of the map” could be great instead of “Voice line spam”. It’s funnier and has a 100% chance 😂
Bingo Friday is my favorite thing.
I’m here for bingo Friday!
Just straight DPS support
Oh cool I love Bingo on a Friday
all i see is a bingo friday video on emonggs channel. feels confirmed to me
Babe come quick it's bingo friday
Bingo Friday is a real nice way to end the work week
