Do you have any tips for increasing mobility in lifts (squats, deadlifts)? You seem to have really good range and mine is very limited! I am a runner so always tight but think I could improve!
i would say to really focus on stretching before and after your lifts, as well as making sure you’re doing a proper warm up before. i’m not a certified PT, so that’s all I can really recommend😌

Thanks for taking us to the gym. I noticed you workout barefoot, is there a particular reason or do you just prefer it? Awesome weather. It’s dull and wet in Europe now, missing the sun and warmth!
training barefoot allows for better stability and balance. when wearing shoes with a thick (not flat) sole, you can’t really feel the ground underneath you, whereas when I’m barefoot I can grip the floor with my toes. which ultimately allows me to lift heavier😌
i plan on doing a brand new “what I eat in a day” for y’all, but to answer your question no. I don’t aim to gain weight during the off-season, I like to maintain my weight while continuing to build strength🙂
