The population of Obidients is too large to be boxed or pigeon-holed into a political party. Why it is difficult to do that is that the movement is built around the person and character of HE Peter Obi. If a party is formed out of the Obidient Movement, many politicians will take advantage of the party to win elections, despite having shady characters. And that will rubbish the image of the party. We have to be careful.
If The likes of Abure tries to sabotage Obi and The Obidients then we will have no choice but to create our own party.
