Panchachuli Base Camp Trek | Darma Valley Trek | Panchachuli Glacier Zero Point Trek | Pithoragarh

Panchachuli base camp trek in Darma Valley (or zero point trek) is short but a beautiful trek. Darma Valley is in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. Darma valley is a picturesque valley in the Kumaon Himalayas. Situated close to the borders of Nepal & Tibet, Darma is a less explored region of Pithoragarh.
Darma Valley is accessible from Dharchula, a town in Pithoragarh. Reaching Darma valley is a little challenging task. Because the roads here are narrow & dangerous. But what makes it special is those beautiful villages that you get to see while driving. The varopus community inhabiting Darma Valley is known for its rich cultural heritage & historical significance.
Drama valley has a stunning trek known as Panchachuli trek. Panchachuli is Himalayan mountain, known for their unique five-summit formation. There are lots religious stories connected to these five peaks. This trek starts from villages called Dugtu or Dantu. It's not a long trek, but the mesmerizing views makes it one of the most enchanting trek in Kumaon.
