I very much respect that you are a practising Christian in these days where they are rare to find, I advise you to look further into Islam open with an open mind, and see it as an activity in which you essentially are getting closer to God as you learn more about him. And if you find Islam to not be the truth after studying than surely you will be more confident about being a Christian.
