Ahh, this brings back memories. I used to watch this on television when I was a youngster (About 40 years ago). Thank you, Norman.

Are they female birds only??? It l looks like all pale becks like females...:) Males like to flirt with females when mixed. Having the same sex are easier to train I love this video Thank you for sharing.....:) Paul from Orange, Mass. USA, Earth

In one of his videos he disabled the comments
He was mistreating all of them
    Especially the yellow one
It know you don’t like it
You won’t let them do what they want
    Especially the yellow one
With birds trust is extremely important
YOU ARE LOSING THEIR TRUST TO YOU AND RUINING THEIR LIVES FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF HUMANS
PLEASE DO SOMETHING USEFUL INSTEAD OF HARMING THEM

I do not like this circus or this guy his surely exploding the little birds. I don't support this in any way there's another video they have disable comments because it clearly shows the way he treats the birds. NO ANIMAL SHOULD BE USE FOR ENTERTAINMENT OF HUMANS!!!!!! If you are bored go do something useful!

Azul Galiano I completely agree! The way he grabs the budgies, specifically one yellow one in other videos, makes me sick. This is ill, budgies aren’t toys! Their wings are cut so they can’t escape and he scares them with his hand so that they move and do what he wants. It’s animal abuse and nothing more!

Wing cutting isn't exactly abuse... they grow back...

@@probablyniki wings aren't cut as animal abuse. All budgies have their wings cut at a couple of weeks old. He cuts them so they won't escape and fly into the wild. Also, this is not animal abuse. He is handling them quite gently, from someone who owns a budgie.

@@brnk2 Flight is the most basic need of birds. They were born to fly, their entire anatomy was made for flying. If you clip their wings you are physically crippling them. It has nothing to do with safety - if you want to keep your birds from flying away, you have to take responsibility as the owner and make sure your windows and doors are secure.
And if you believe grabbing a bird is absolutely fine then I feel so sorry for your bird. They're prey animals. It's in their instincts to always want to be able to fly away and escape from predators. Especially budgies are such skittish little birds that need to be able to escape. Sure it doesn't hurt them to be grabbed, but it puts them through so much stress and even fear of death. Animal abuse isn't and has never been limited to physical abuse, but also includes causing animals immense stress for no good reason. The only time a bird should be grabbed or caught is when they have to go the vet.
This is coming from someone who owns 6 budgies who have been fully flighted all their lives. So much for your argument that "all budgies have their wings clipped".
Any bird expert I know will agree that clipping wings is wrong.

castiel In this case he absolutely has to clip their wings. It would be irresponsible not to do so because they can easily fly and get lost in the audience if startled.
The birds are well treated. A scared or stressed out budgie will not perform and will fly away even with their wings clipped. They will not tolerate his touching/pushing/grabbing at all, which is not the case here. And it does not cause stress if the birds are hand tamed and used to it.
