I’ve known Andy since he was a little kid, his family was my next door neighbors . Andy is the real deal!! Proud of the kid for all his accomplishments!!!
Is this Andy from Rochester?
First proper shooting segment in a while. Thx for the episode
So watching these has always been cool and fun. But after actually doing a Lift Run Shoot with Cam it makes it so much more personal and relatable. Pisgah, The herd bull at the Bow Rack and the workout. Priceless!! Thank you again to Cam and the entire team.
You definitely deserve more recognition for this!
Andy walks the talk! Respect
Solid effort man! Andy smashed the bow range too!
Well done! The effort and passion are evident.
This podcast is such a great experience. Go to the Bow Rack, get your lesson and your bow. Have a great workout. Then, on to the podcast. It just looks like a lot of fun.
Great job Andy!!
I mean that guests arrows have some wild flight?
Pisgah has so many ticks.
It has a large deer, and coyote population, that keep the ticks well stocked, and well fed.
Always have to check thoroughly after a visit.
Love the editors note!!! 😂
Babe wake up, another Lift. Run. Shoot. just dropped
8:32 that arrow coming off Andy's bow was sideways!!!
I was watching the TV show Seal Team. One of the characters wears one of Cam's t-shirts. "Nobody cares. Work harder!
Awesome 💯! Looks so fun. I was feeling bad for Andy but I believe it just boils down to what you're used to. I only say that for one reason. I think of the women in third world countries and realized that many in drought places they do similar everyday just for water. Enough for more than themselves. That's talking pretty heavy... Just amazing! Love Andy Galpin and you Cam. TY!
You're absolutely right. I was in Burundi a year ago and I my friend decided to take a hike up some hill to visit a village. I'm a fit guy. But the steepness of that hill and the elevation made me feel like I was going have a heart attack. Little do I know, these tiny women just kept passing us chit chatting and carrying loads of water like it was nothing.
Mt Pisgah is a bear of a workout. An 80-pound rock uphill for 1.5 miles. I'd love to do that.
💯
🔥
🤘
EARBUDS WARNING! @11:00 loud chain noises
How heavy are those chains?
I love watching these but I’m starting to fast forward through it maybe try finding a way to switch these up to be more original so they aren’t all the same.
How heavy is the sandbag?
