Robin and Ross, Gismo and Widget. A total delight in a world gone mad. A break for the soul. Thank you again. God Bless. 💐
Thank-you Robin and Ross for showing us this paradise of peace.
Hi Helen. You are, as always, extremely welcome. Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
My friend's family emigrated from a Barton. I very much hope it was this sweet little Barton on Heath!
You never know! Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
Great show with beautiful scenery
and countrysides
quiet and peaceful with old churches
and cemeteries,
giant manor houses, taverns also known
as pubs, magnificent streams of water
in the brooks, near empty streets, very nice
weather and the most Beautiful view ever.

Many thanks. So glad you enjoyed it. Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
A delightful, seemingly deserted village, with a rather unusual church building. The church perhaps signifies more signs of life, than the village outside. The model of the village is marvellous and i wonder if it's replicated in other small villages elsewhere. Thank you!
I have seen a couple of others but not many. Glad you enjoyed it. Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
This is so gorgeous. I'd give anything to live in the cotswolds ❤

Hi Scott. We did indeed. Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
Happy Easter from us all here in Albany, Western Australia. Enjoyed the informative episode on Barton-on-the-Heath. Such tranquillity is hard to find in our fast paced communities. Greetings from Andrew, Grant, Brae the Westie and Maggie the calico cat. PS. Sadly we laid Xena to rest last Monday after a short illness. She was 14 years old and will be sadly missed 😢
Happy Easter to you all from us and our fondest condolences for the passing of Xena. It's always so painful. Widget is, I am afraid, getting on in years and I dread the inevitable. Take care and thanks for watching. Robin
I love your videos but have only just come across this particular one and it has given me a genealogical lead! My name is John Kerry and our family came from Bampton - it's not a common name and I lose it in Bampton prior to 1700. There are a few leads elsewhere in Oxon but now I find my own name is on a bell dated 1672 over the border in Warwickshire!.
I so love your channel! I look forward to settling in for a spell with a hot mug of whatever & joining in on a lovely walk. One small request is to change your theme song-maybe with you, Robin, playing your uke!
What say you?
Very nice. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it Yelin. Thanks for watching. Happy Easter
Lovely church.
It is indeed lovely. Simple and pretty. Happy Easter and thanks for watching. Robin
John Cary, cousin to Anne Boleyn was my ancestor. My formal name is Cary Harwood Cary.
