Christoph Waltz is honestly the only person I hold near or close to the great working of those such as Anthony Hopkins, Samuel L Jackson, Hugo Weaving, and so on. His perfection in the way he articulates his dialog, the way he can play a huge range, and still maintain that strong dialog even if it is rather psychotic or insane. Christoph should have joined quentin years ago. Imagine him instead of John Travolta playing Vincent Vega......dear lord just gave myself goose bumps.

And I find Christoph Waltz FABULOUSLY INTERESTING! So happy Quentin found him for his Lando and hope he continues to share his gifts through Christoph in many if not all his movies to come! They are two geniuses (and I don't use the word lightly) whose sum is greater than their parts!

most of the actors in Django delivered award winning performances but i think this guy deserved to win the Oscar. His performance was flawless. I was particularly impressed by the way in which you realise his character is the one most emotionally/mentally affected by the racism going on around him, even more so than Django himself.
