Need to fabricate a gyroscopic gimble-like assembly to maintain the recoil for more accurate grouping on desired target. Either that or an extremely hardy assembly that uses an electric motor for x and y axis mobility controlled by a thumb joy-stick or two. Similar mechanics to industrial heavy machinery hand controls but with adjustable sensitivity and more user-friendly like a thumb joy-stick.

Around 150 to 250k for thun gun then you need a full magazine which will cost around 5 to 6k for ammo. Lastly you would have to have a class 3 firearms license.

Yeah, no. No effing way you'd ever catch me engaging me in that kind of stupidity. Riding around on the back of a Mog without rollover protection. Fastest way to end up as a slow smear on pavement.
The problem with these things is they like to roll over when you least expect it - on flat pavement while unwittingly taking the tires past their limits, which can be as low as 30 mph stock. Meanwhile, your dudes are driving the fuckers at redline from point to point trips for whatever reason at double that speed because young people gonna young people.
