That's actually a growing addiction these days, ppl don't realise it throws off your moods and other aspects of your life and causes relationships to become unbalanced, try introducing intermittent fasting often if you want to attain a balanced life/relationship
@@on-om-ah6347 I see how an excessive love for food can lead to an unbalanced life, but there’s also many of us that absolutely adore food and still have healthy relationships with it. Personally, I have a balanced life in all aspects despite my love for food. I also inadvertently fast intermittently as I naturally eat within a specific time range during the day. Good looking out though!
@@Dems413 That's great and its good you added that, what Tamara said was cool and some may find funny yet the thing is it shows an underlying addiction which weakens one's ability to maintain a relationship but a bit of discipline in this area strengthens it, so my comment was for those who want true love and need to know how to succeed, respect 🙏🏾
