everything works fine, but when I disconnect the arduino from the PC, wait a few minutes, connect it again, Time starts from the moment where I cut off the power.
Where is the fault hardware or software?
battery? (assuming you commented out the parse_cmd once you had the date/time set). Once set, with a good battery it keeps good time (+/- 1min per year). I would check your battery and inspect the battery terminals, test that you see voltage coming into the board from the battery.
