Italian is known for speed, Japan is known for Drift, German is known for performance, British is known for Cruise, and American is known for everything.
Overall: I picked the strongest one: and that is 🇮🇹
For modifications i choose japan. But for speed i choose italy
I love them both
Italy=speed
Japan= drift
Lamborghini and Ferrari comes with 700hp and rx-7-nsx-350z-r34 comes with 300hp japan cars its made for tuning
Any car is made for tuning

Italian cars were newer and were supercars and the Japan cars were kinda old and didn’t have the same engineering as the Italian cars and were also mostly everyday cars

I put a forged rb26 in the r32 i did that exact straight managed a 16.1 with drift tires
It wasn’t a fair test though the Japan cars were mostly everyday and kinda old so they didn’t have the electronics that the Italian cars had and the Italian cars were basically supercars

SWAP THE FKING ENGINE
Great thing about this game, every tuned car is able to pass each other. Also the driver is very important as well. I built a 6 cylinder "1006 HP ish " r34 skyline in this game and was able to pass literally everyone every car. But I know you are comparing the stock engines.
