Those manila clams are bigger. Fun to find them lots of workout but productive. They're very tasty. I usually leave it in the bucket over nightn with salt water so they can spit out the sand. They're really really good sauteed in veggies.
Yes po Ma’am! We do the same thing. We leave ‘em a day or two para matanggal sand. :)

I don’t know there’s limit on harvesting seafood shells in the Philippines, normally they just dig and kept what they harvested..
