Men across the country need to come together and create change from inside the system and stop this. Children need BOTH of their parents in their life. I know their are circumstances that maybe say otherwise and that’s different but men who not only want to be in their child’s lives and also want to help financially get killed by the system and and math is completely right the cards are stacked against us as fathers

1000% correct, let a man acknowledge his pain and express it without someone always inserting the info about how they feel. Now you wonder why men do not share their deepest thoughts or feelings. Math is a 1000% correct what he is speaking on is not equivalent to what Ms. Fit is talking about. Black men are a target whether they are good or bad, and that's a scary thought for any man walking out their house. Now Ms.Fit is partially correct about men being paid more than women- but you have to dumb that down more bc when you put them in class White men are paid more than black and Spanish men, white women are paid more than black and Spanish women. Side note- and this is not for anyone to take offense to but when we have these conversations sometimes its best to address this amongst ourselves of our own kind before adding other cultures. IJS but S/O to ya'll

You said "someone," but I get the feeling you meant "women," which is the problem. When women have issues they don't run to men, they run to each other because they support each other. As men we shouldn't expect women to be there for us--we should expect other men to do that but we can't because it's not masculine or manly for men to express weakness to each other. So we're just alone. If we want to change that then we need to change the "rules" for being a man.

The reason why women get paid less than men is because they take more time off, take jobs that pay less than the jobs men take, and are less likely to ask for a raise…… It is illegal to pay women less. If it was legal, then it would be smart for companies to hire more women than men because it’s cheaper labor, right? Ms. Fit doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about.

As a woman, I see how men are going through more and more with less and less rights to be honest. I’m thankful for is men talking about it more openly on a lot of platforms so that I can somewhat understand the pressures my man faces- and how he works hard cause he wants to hold us together. It’s taught me to put in more effort to make sure every dinner is BUSSIN bussin when he gets home, make sure the house is comfy and clean as a 5 star hotel. Budget even better to do right with his hard earned back breaking money and make sure I make sure I look good and keep myself healthy and I make sure to LISTEN to him and open the space for HIM to start talking cause he’s so used to having to just hold it all in he still won’t tell me EVERYTHING- he had a really hard upbringing and I LISTEN and engage with what he says because it’s already a weird for him to actually open up and have a chance to actually talk about it with no judgement - so he feels at the very least appreciated because even when he’s not working HARD I see him getting stressed cause he’s thinking about getting more money to keep not just him but BOTH OF US happy. Men are really out here doing life risking things to put money on the table to support families in quiet and I can only imagine the stress that comes with along with the stresses of actual work- he deserves some of that stress taken off or see some payback for all he does. Us women don’t realize the easy pass we get in life- so how selfish to try and push for more.

Black Women (Not All, Just Some) DOWNPLAY OUR PAIN & SUFFRAGE. Instead of just listening and understanding. This clip is a perfect example of it. Instead of just listening and having an open ear, you turn to Equal Pay to downplay what the Black Man Goes Through, then Combat Killing Black Men with Women being Raped? Stop with the equal pay nonsense. I’m tired of it. They take the overall pay of men and overall pay of women and calculated it without factoring in the type of jobs, the hours worked, the seniority, and the vacation time taken. Men work longer hours and I see it everywhere I have worked. Occupations like nursing, teaching, pediatrics, childcare, social services are dominated by women but have a lower salary. Look at women doctors compared to men doctors and the medical specialities they select. Women make up a larger percentage of family medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics and obstetrics/gynecology. Men make up a larger percentage in surgery, emergency medicine, anesthesiology, radiology and internal medicine. The specialized areas selected by the men make more money. They often fail to compare the salary of a women anesthesiologist and a male anesthesiologist and actually factor in the hours worked. Also pregnancy is also a reason as well. I’ve seen women on maternity leave for months. I had a supervisor stay out for 6 months because she had twins. My male coworker had twins too and he was out for two weeks. Of course u don’t expect the woman to be back right away cuz she just had a baby. So please stop with that nonsense.

They always bring that up , I’m a man I made the same as the woman at my plenty of jobs I had in my life . if anything they make more than you if not they work in better conditions like less hours or an office or hr rep . If I need to make more money I had to work another job , start a business . Even when young and I was low I had to sell drugs . I make my pay not a boss . I didn’t go on google and type in men vs woman pay statistics . It’s a sad way to think . Same thing with the rape , it’s a sad case and it should never happen but if you feel weak or scared you need to carry . Young boys are scared of being killed they don’t cry about it they start to carry or take self defense classes or MOVE . There’s never an excuse in life , it’s always a complaint . I agree with you 100 percent and if men voice their opinion like this you’re misogynistic or hate women . Btw I change and went to trade school graduated as an electrician apprentice and now a master electrician with his own business , and work a warehouse overnight on the side . Good segment Math keep this kinda talk going maybe we can get a break through one day. Right now though it’s seems hard for women to understand a man and what he really goes through and how it really affects him mainly because they don’t care they lack the true emotion to show true sympathy for a man because deep down inside somewhere there feel inferior, so how could u ever have sympathy for someone u feel is over or above u in some way…u can’t, but what u can have is resentment, distain, and a need to compete and compare. That is usually the way women respond to men it’s only when wanting something or needing something does then they act like they care about a man’s true feelings but most they look to show surface level interest in our flight because men are simple and easy, which doesn’t mean it should be taken advantage of but it does by society every day all day. So basically no one care if a man is having a hard time or being used and abused unless it directly affects them as well they could care less. If I’m wrong show me 5 public examples of how that’s not the general census and I show u that u didn’t follow the story long enough or thorough enough to see the true conclusion for the man

So true. Freedom to unburden yourself by expressing your hurt and pain should be met with LISTENING and COMPASSION. Math's experience moved me to want to hold him and tell him that he was wronged. Why was that so hard for MisFit to grasp? Why was she unable to feel his pain? He articulated it clearly. She even put words in his mouth.....("f btchs" is what she heard) HOW SWAY?

Respectfully, the gender pay gap is largely a myth. The methodology of the study that was done did not take into account many factors like tenure, vacation, days taken off, maternity leave, etc. Analogously compared, men and women are paid pretty equally.
The point is that we each have struggles. There is a natural support system that exists for women and a cultural movement that has arisen to supplement that. You can mention the RP community or MGTOW maybe. But there is no comparable system that naturally exists for men, in addition to the societal stigma that men are supposed to carry their emotional load differently. True self-advocacy is in no way supposed to disparage the other. And that goes for both sides.

We can’t expect academic dissertations and conventional debates. Ive been married for 20 years and I can tell you I don’t think I’ll ever have a relationship with anyone else if something happens to her. Yeah I’ll be heartbroken, but in all honesty I would be scared to be in a dating environment with all the crap that’s happened over the years. And yeah, no one goes jogging alone at night unless they have protection wether that be a gun or a body-cam. And don’t even bring up the rape and sexual assault that men and boys go through, or getting assaulted physically by a woman because they know if the man hits back he will be in cuffs. I’ve seen men call the cops on being assaulted by a woman and the man get pit in the back of the car and taken away! From a house that he owned and the woman was a new girlfriend that had just started staying there. But yeah we got to treat y’all like Queens while we are getting are balls pierce by y’all’s hi heels… we don’t get to be Kings, because a King could be considered a higher position of power…

The wage gap will always be unfair because women will never work in factories, be HVAC technicians, electricians, work in power plants & etc. at the same rates men do. A man and women working the same exact job doesn't get paid unequally.

Listen, this is why more men need to KEEP talking to each other, their friends, women, elders, etc...especially since most men refuse to talk about their feelings at all! AND... most men refuse to seek out a professionals help so the community must become that therapy that's needed. Just make sure it's a safe place with someone you love and trust🙏 It's so very important that we all keep talking to understand, acknowledge and empathize with each other's pain AND do so with an open and compassionate heart, men and women alike. Everyone deserves to be heard and to have their pain/traumas validated, we've gotta do better as a human race to lend a sempathetic ear and give each other advise or point them in the right direction if we don't have the answers. Otherwise, the next generation will go through these same struggles and they too will be unable to communicate their feelings, FR. Next time, just give that man a hug MsFit and deescalate the situation bc Math clearly just wanted to be heard and understood in that moment bc it's clear that conversation struck a very personal nerve for him! His kids will probably watch this one day too and they will know that he didn't want to leave them bc he loved them deeply. I am personally for more job training (cops) AND more resources for men across the board bc they are finally willing to open up more about their daily struggles and issues. And a lot of male cops are the ones who treat them guilty until proven innocent and they also believe the women who lie over the males esp bc women tend to cry and that just isn't fair or right. Not always but I've personally seen that happen a lot! For the most part, our psyches need to be rewired FR! As someone who lived a traumatic childhood, I too struggled with opening up about my feelings and it took me well into my 30's to get there and I still struggle with it and I'm a female so let's all keep these dialogues going🙏 God Bless all ❤️

Women don’t care about our issues. They always make it about them. If a man and a woman breaks up, a man will always be the blame of why it went wrong. They will go to the woman and ask her “what did he do”? It’s never what did you do but what did he do. We are always wrong before assessing the situation and proper evidence in a woman’s eyes. Whether it’s a domestic case, r@pe, other false allegations, etc. When women get found lying on a man, there’s no consequences but a man has to live with a tarnished name for the rest of his life. There's nothing wrong with that. You gotta STOP saying my situation is worse than yours. It's impossible for anyone to just accept their day to day isn't as complicated as something they don't go through.
