Intriguing video. I want to read Hartmann's study and to see whether the connection between basketball and decreased crime rate was correlation or causation. Nonetheless, I think midnight basketball or midnight football is something to look into more. Perhaps, like you said, there could be midnight basketball or midnight football in the UK organized by local communities and neighborhoods (with community organizations, youth groups, local sports teams leading this effort) in conjunction with university researchers. I'd be interested in learning about how it goes.
